These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of Just One Page PDF (the "Service", "JOPP"), operated under ColorinkTop LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use Just One Page PDF for its intended purpose.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent
  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the Service

4. Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Subscription plans, pricing, and billing cycles are as described within Just One Page PDF at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

5. Your feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

6. Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by ColorinkTop LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.

8. Term and termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or by us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.


To ensure safety, adapt to changes in laws or third-party platforms, maintain services, or adjust products, we may update, suspend, or terminate certain features, and—to the extent reasonably practicable—provide notifications via our official website, the product interface, or other means.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.


You shall bear legal liability for any consequences arising from your unlawful or non-compliant data processing, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of platform rules; should such actions cause us to incur losses, you shall be liable for corresponding compensation.


To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental losses, or losses falling outside the scope of foreseeability, unless caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence; where liability for compensation arises under the law, the scope of such liability shall be reasonably commensurate with the breach, actual losses incurred, and fees paid.


Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable laws and regulations, nor does it affect the rights enjoyed by consumers under the law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColorinkTop LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ColorinkTop LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.

12. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to ColorinkTop LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will first be addressed through informal negotiation by contacting us at suziwen1@gmail.com. If unresolved within 60 days, either party may pursue the dispute through binding arbitration or another mutually agreed process.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Entire agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ColorinkTop LLC regarding Just One Page PDF and supersedes any prior agreements on this subject.
